The South African subsidiary's dedication to customer satisfaction and retention, along with outstanding spare parts and accessory performance, contributed significantly to this recognition. MMSA's continuous efforts in these areas not only earned them the Diamond award but also a Gold award for the 2023 financial year. In addition to their triumph in aftersales, MMSA excelled in the sales and marketing category for the first time, receiving favorable scores. The programme assesses various factors including public relations, external communication campaigns, and overall customer experience. MMSA’s superior performance in these areas earned them a special marketing award, acknowledging them as the best in public relations within the region.
